Modernist and minimal brutalist practice. We design buildings where the structure does the talking — material, light, and load, left visible.
Common Projekts is a New York architectural design firm. We work on homes, renovations, and commercial spaces, and we keep coming back to the same two questions: what is this space actually made of, and what does it want to be without the decoration?
The work draws from the modernist tradition: Breuer's precision, Ando's restraint, Rudolph's raw weight. Not as reference, but as a standard for rigor.
